Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business or personal purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased products with others. You may not claim the content as your own original work.
All products are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional marketing, business, financial, or legal advice. User Flows makes no guarantees about specific results or outcomes from using our products. Business decisions made based on our content are your sole responsibility.
Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a full refund at our discretion.
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. By completing your purchase and accessing the digital content, you acknowledge and agree that you waive this right of withdrawal.
All content, designs, and materials in our products are the intellectual property of User Flows and are protected by copyright law. The purchase of a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, User Flows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
